How it works
Consultation and preliminary planning
Step 1
At our initial meeting, we sit down with the client to discuss their preferences, budget, and project requirements. Clients can present inspirational samples or photos at this time. Our team evaluates the space, takes measurements, and discusses potential layout changes.
Design concept development
Step 2
We create a design concept that includes color schemes, materials, finishes, and furnishings. This stage may involve producing 3D visualizations to help the client better visualize the final outcome. The client then reviews and approves or suggests changes to the proposed design.
Technical documentation and contracting
Step 3
At this stage, our designers develop all necessary drawings and documents that will be used by builders and contractors to implement the project. We also assist in selecting contractors for the execution of the work and may participate in the procurement of materials.
Project implementation
Step 4
Construction and finishing works are carried out under our supervision to ensure everything is executed according to the design plan. We address any issues that arise and oversee the quality of the work.
Project Completion and Final Inspection
Step 5
After all work is completed, we conduct a final inspection to ensure every detail is in place and aligns with the design. The client performs the last review, and the project is considered complete. This is followed by the styling phase, where we add accessories and decor to fully transform the space.
